Steve Steele is a championship‑winning coach, nonprofit CEO, leadership speaker, and author based in Pierre, South Dakota. Known for being bold, creative, authentic, empathetic, and faithful, Steve has built a career centered on developing people, strengthening teams, and elevating communities.

As the Head Football Coach at Pierre T.F. Riggs High School, Steve led one of the most dominant runs in South Dakota history—a state‑record 7 consecutive 11AA state championships (8 total), a 94–24 overall record, and a 27–2 playoff record. His work earned national recognition, including selection to the AFCA 30 Under 30 Program and Tampa Bay Buccaneers National Coaching Academy.

Steve serves as the CEO of the Boys & Girls Club of the Capital Area, where he has led transformational growth—doubling membership, expanding to new sites, launching a supper program, and earning recognition as Midwest CEO of the Year. Under his leadership, the Club was honored as a Champion for Youth, the highest national tier awarded by Boys & Girls Clubs of America for advocacy, innovation, and community impact.

As a keynote speaker and leadership educator, Steve brings a unique blend of real‑world coaching experience, nonprofit leadership, and values‑driven communication. He has spoken to organizations, corporate teams, educators, and community groups about building culture, leading with purpose, and developing people through bold, intentional action.
